About
Jade is an actor, teacher, and musician. Jade has taught in and around the secondary schools of British Columbia, Canada. Her areas of focus included Music, Humanities, and Special Needs. In 2014, she was certified as an assistant teacher in Fitzmaurice Voicework®, and in 2015, she earned her Masters of Acting from the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
VB offers an unique approach to voice by way of practical experience, in combination with voice and performance training. Private coaching sessions are available for those interested in singing, vocal rehabilitation issues, text and speech work, or General American or Canadian Accent work. Classes and workshops include introductory sessions to Fitzmaurice Voicework® and more advanced methods and practice in the Voicework. Areas of interest include using the Voicework for Special Needs Theatre (children, teens, and adults), Women, Voice, and Empowerment, and relating to fear in performance.
